Frequently Asked Questions
When do I need to arrive?
The program is scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m. and conclude by 2:00 p.m. We would appreciate your arrival by 11:45 a.m. If you have a scheduling conflict, please let us know, and we will make accommodations for you.
What attire is appropriate?
The luncheon is intended to be a celebratory occasion; attendees are asked to wear appropriate business or professional attire.
Can I bring a guest?
Due to limited seating, we're only able to accommodate retiring faculty and their deans, chairs, and tribute writers. We thank you for your understanding.
I would like to share this experience with family and friends. How can I do that?
A photographer will be taking pictures during the course of the luncheon, and you'll be given access to those photos after the event.
There's been a change in my schedule, and I can no longer attend. What do I do?
