To promote the professional development of Associate Faculty (sometimes called part-time faculty, part-time lecturers, or adjunct faculty), the Center for Teaching and Learning holds an annual Associate Faculty Teaching Forum (AFTF) at the beginning of each fall semester. The event will offer six sessions (forums) for associate faculty to engage in conversations with associate faculty colleagues and with CTL consultants about teaching methodologies, classroom techniques, and about new ways of using technology in the classroom and online.
