Have an idea to transform your department's practices to help reduce inequities and improve the climate for faculty?
The Office of Academic Affairs' Department Enhancement Grant provides support to facilitate change - particularly for women and faculty from minoritized backgrounds - to examine key factors impeding their ability to create an inclusive and equitable culture.
Teams of IU Indianapolis faculty in STEM disciplines and engaged in health-related research are eligible to receive an award of up to $10,000 each.
Applications are due March 17, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
This grant opportunity is a continuation of the work that began through Project EPIC, an NSF-funded ADVANCE grant project (Grant No. 1936096).
