Our staff supports human resource processes for faculty and academic administrators, including new appointments, reappointments, promotion and tenure, leaves (including but not limited to medical and sabbatical), and retirement. We serve as a resource for academic policies and procedures for the IU Indianapolis campus, and maintain the official personnel records for all full-time faculty.
