- IU Indianapolis Property Plus Standards Program. All properties listed must adhere to certain standards set by the IU Indianapolis Property Plus Standards program. The listings, compiled for off-campus student housing, can be searched by price, bedrooms, bathrooms, distance to campus, and other special features such as short-term housing. Although the list was compiled for students, it is intended to be used by faculty and staff relocations as well.
