Next Gen 2.0 Staff Professional Development Grants
Empowering the Next Generation
Celebrating a decade of the Next Gen 2.0 program, the Office of Academic Affairs is delighted to introduce the inaugural Next Gen 2.0 Staff Professional Development Grants.
Exclusively for Next Gen 2.0 alumni who are current staff members at IU Indianapolis, the grants offer both recognition and financial support empowering recipients to advance their professional growth.
Investing in Leadership
Aligning with Next Gen 2.0’s core mission of fostering leadership development for historically underrepresented staff, the grant initiative supports participation in professional development activities by building a strong leadership pipeline for IU Indianapolis, facilitating succession planning, and increasing diversity among the university's leadership team.
Professional development activities must align with our strategic plan and contribute directly to the success of IU Indianapolis. Simultaneously, these activities should enhance participants' professional skill sets and prepare them for future advancement opportunities.
