Events for new and junior faculty, department chairs, and associate deans help with the development of talented and diverse faculty in their transition to IU Indianapolis and their professional growth. Workshops include sessions on leadership, higher education, legal and ethical issues, fiscal stewardship, personnel development, and other topics pertinent to junior faculty and leaders alike.
